I'm on a mission to make alternative products that are plastic free, reusable, recyclable and generally better for planet earth and all who reside on it.

I'm not promising all of the above, all the time but I'm going to do my best. It's all made by me, my family and some friends may add to the collection too.

My product range is forever changing so watch this space. Some things are in the pipeline and take a while to get to a point where they can be sold. I don't stick to the same patterns so once an item has sold you may not find it in that colour, pattern or shape again. Your welcome to ask for something custom made and I will see what I can do. There is an exception to this and that is the cosmetic range. I’m held by strict laws when it comes to my solid soaps, shampoos and conditioning bars. They will always look the same and have exacting and non-changing ingredients.  

This all started with a bath bomb, years and years ago when I was making Christmas gifts for my family. It seemed mad to buy something so simple to make. I struggled with fragrances and certain ingredients used in cosmetics, so just used to go without most cosmetics. Making my own so that I could control what was in it worked. Move forward a few years and a baby or four and I’ve discovered many more recipes, invented some stuff and worked towards having less throw away items in the house. I've also been able to eliminate all parabens, sls and slsa from our bathroom.

Having a smooth running household is important for us as a family. Making items that make life easier is what inspires me most. I tend to have an idea, make it, give it to everyone in the family to test out then adjust it as needed.  

Packaging is one thing I promise to keep 100% plastic free but I will also make sure it is recyclable, biodegradable and/or compostable. I will post in reused packaging where possible and keep it simple.
