We endeavour to ensure that all information on the Website is kept accurate and up to date, however there may be times when some information may be incorrect, out of date or incomplete and We are not liable for the consequences of any such inaccuracies.

Products
Each Product is unique and hand-made and as such there may be some variations (including in shape, colour and size) between product photographs or descriptions and the product delivered.
Different screens represent colours differently so the colour You see on Your screen might also be different to the colour of the Product in reality. Any weights or dimensions provided for Products are for guidance only. Some products change their weight and dimensions over time. Material products may have variances in patterns or pattern layout.
Use of any of our Products outside of their intended use is not recommended and is at Your own risk.
Cosmetic Products
Our cosmetic Products have been analysed, processed and manufactured in accordance with relevant UK/EU regulations and any notifiable allergens are listed in the Product’s ingredients. Some persons may experience allergic reactions to these products, which may not be predictable. We recommend that You complete a 24-hour trial on a small area of skin to check for allergic reactions and discontinue use of that Product should there be any sign of an allergic reaction. Please contact Us should you have any allergen queries.
Product or Service Availability
The inclusion of any Product or Service on this Website does not guarantee its availability and Products or Services displayed on the Website may be temporarily or permanently unavailable. Products or Services can be removed from sale or cancelled at any time.
Should you place an order and that Product or Service is not available, We will contact You and the order for that Product or Service will be cancelled or, if the Product is due to be manufactured again, or the Service made available in the future, You can decide to delay delivery until that Product or Service becomes available. Please contact Us if you find the Product or Service you require is unavailable.
Terms of Sale
Placing an order through the Website indicates You are making an offer on a Product or Service. This indicates you are legally of age and able to enter a binding contract, that you are an authorized user of any payment method and that all information You provide to enable completion of the order is correct.
Placing an order through the Website or Your receipt of such does not constitute our acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to refuse any order, or part of any order, for any reason (including shortage of stock). If payment has already been made and any, or all of, an order is refused, a refund will be made to the value of the part of the order (or full order) refused.
We do not accept orders above £200 through the Website. Please contact us to discuss orders above this value.
The Website is for personal orders only. If you are purchasing for or on behalf of a company, to use in the course of your business or for resale, please contact Us to arrange this.
Payment
Payment is required on all orders before dispatch. Payment methods are:
For card payment on collection we require an email address of the card holder to process a receipt.
Should You pay for an order with a card and subsequently ask Your card provider to contest or decline the payment, We reserve the right to charge You any fees our card payment provider issues Us and the cost of any goods dispatched (and not returned as new, unused and in resaleable condition) and postage costs as well as any further related costs We incur, including but not limited to a £25 administration fee.

Delivery
We offer delivery to UK Mainland (Royal Mail coverage) via third party providers as standard at a fixed cost, or You can collect in person at no cost. If You are outside of Our standard delivery area, or require other delivery options, please contact Us before placing an order to confirm delivery options and costs.
We aim to dispatch Your order within 3 working days, however as a small family company there may be occasions this is not possible.
We are not liable for non-delivery should the address You provided Us with is inaccurate or incomplete.
We are not liable for factors outside of our control with regards to delivery. This might include delays or losses with any third-party delivery.
Cancellations and Returns
You have 14 days from delivery to cancel and return Your order. You must contact us in writing to advise you wish to cancel whole or part of an order. We can only accept cancelled orders that are returned to Us unused, undamaged and in resalable condition.
In case of a cancelled order, we will provide a full refund, (including in the case of cancellation of a whole order, Our standard UK Mainland postage rate), as soon as possible after we have received the returned order. You will be liable to cover any return postage/packaging costs as well as any additional costs for postage above our standard rate (ie couriered or express delivery).
Should your order arrive incomplete, damaged or faulty You have 7 days from delivery to notify Us in writing of this. We will then liaise with You to confirm details and resolve.
Complaints
We hope you will not have any complaints regarding our Products or Services, however, should you not be fully happy with any of our Products or Services please contact Us
Discount Codes
We may offer individual or common discount codes to be used on Our Website. Any terms issued with the discount codes must be adhered to. Misuse of such codes may result in the cancellation of the product you have applied codes to and the termination of Your right to use that or other discount codes.

This legal notice shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Disputes arising in connection with this legal notice shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Should any part of these Terms be held to be invalid or unenforceable, then this part shall be changed to accomplish the objectives that that part relates to, to the greatest extent possible and all other parts will continue independently in full effect.
The failure to exercise a right in these Terms shall not affect the ability to exercise this right at a later time, or, indicate the waiving of these rights subsequently.
